Great contact and diligent! We were first-time home buyers at the peak of Covid. It was an insane numbers game, but Tony was able to accommodate all of our viewing requests (eventually double digits per week) within the constraints of two full-time work schedules. Tony Karak is absolutely best-in-class amazing! He sold our home in the "coming soon" phase, six days before it went on the market. Full cash offer, easy. He sold our home, helped us buy our new waterfront land at Lake Norman, helped us with our custom builder and timeline throughout the next 12-15 months, etc. A wall street speed, double threat seller and buyer agent... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I saw my dream home online at 3am, one of them sleepless nights. I got up early to look at this home that seems too good to be true. Upon my arrival my thoughts was if I don’t buy this house I don’t know what else to do. This was in May of 2020 when houses where going up in prices.

Tony has helped us both buy and sell homes. From the very first time we met him he was there to help every step of the way. On the home we sold, the photos/virtual tour and staging advice were incredibly helpful and I think a huge part on getting over a dozen offers. We had a few unfortunate incidents with the agent of the buyer (being rude & condescending, etc.) and Tony stepped in and was fantastic. When choosing a home he was always there to show us homes and give us honest, helpful, but not pushy or judgemental advice. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and honestly. We built our home and he gave us great insight in to what upgrades would actually increase the value of our home vs what upgrades were just a matter of preference. Could not recommend him more!
